We're looking for a seasoned .NET contractor to join a cloud-native, API-driven project built on the latest Microsoft and AWS technologies. The role focuses on designing and building scalable services with a strong emphasis on modern architecture.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on development with .NET 8 / .NET Core in a cloud-first environment
• Building and scaling APIs using AWS Lambda and related services
• Contributing to architecture decisions across distributed systems
• Defining infrastructure using Terraform or similar IaC tools
• Supporting CI/CD workflows (Azure DevOps or equivalent)
• Ensuring secure, performant solutions through best practices

Key Skills

• Deep experience with .NET 8 and C# for backend/API development
• Proven track record with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, etc.)
• Strong architectural understanding of microservices and cloud-native patterns
• PostgreSQL knowledge and data modelling skills
• Familiarity with IaC (Terraform), testing (xUnit), and agile teams
